For the last two years we’ve labored away, tirelessly trying to uncover the secrets to making the best Roman sliced pizza imaginable. We tried a dozen different doughs at a hundred different heats to get that perfect consistency. Then we tackled the toppings. Many a recipe was tested and many a kilo gained. But we made it through, through thick and thin, and are now confident that we know what we’re talking about when we talk about pizza. What’s our secret? It’s really rather simple: the best ingredients, all handpicked.
At Nero’s we use only the freshest and highest quality products. We source locally whenever possible, and if we can’t find it here, we get it from select producers in Italy. To put it simply, if it ain’t local, it’s Italian. And at Nero’s we don’t rest on our laurels. We’re dedicated to innovation, to discovering new and exciting flavor combinations, and to sampling bottle upon bottle of limited edition wine, all so that we can bring you, the customer, something special every time you come to visit. Because for us that’s just what it means to be passionate about food.
